Warehouse associate in manufacturing site Shrewsbury, MA

Company is willing to train! Temporary to permanent

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday OT offered during peak seasons

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if applicable)
• Communicate with carriers and internal departments to coordinate shipments
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
